Arrive on time. I'll warm up with your kids while you complete your package payment (if paying via credit card). Then, enjoy watching 15min of kids photo session fun!
You have until your session date to decide! Your package payment must be made in full prior to your session. Etransfer must be sent up to one day prior. Credit card payment will be made on session day at the studio.

Pick and confirm your favourite images for your package product and your digital downloads.
Your digital image selection will arrive in your email inbox and once your package order is ready, you can pick up your product at the studio!

Does the creative fee include any images?

FAQ
Your creative fee is your session retainer - a non-refundable payment that reserves your session spot and covers the session itself. Image files are purchased separately.
When do I have to decide on my package?

You have up to your session day to finalize your decision on your package. When you arrive at your session, plan to make your package payment via credit. If you prefer to etransfer, you can send payment up to the day prior to your session. If you decide you want more in your package, you can always add product after your session (or after viewing your proofing gallery).
Can I gift a session to someone?

Absolutely! It's a perfect Mother's Day gift to your mama friends and family (or, hint hint, from your husband!). And you can choose between gifting a specific package, create your own package, or just gift the session spot by covering the creative fee.
What if I have to cancel?

If you must cancel your session, while your $95 creative fee is a non-refundable retainer, any package payment will be refunded.

Can I choose my frame color?
Yes! You can choose from black, white, or natural wood finish for your poster hanger frame.
How will I be able to choose images for print?

Once your photos are ready, you will receive an online viewing gallery. You'll be able to see all the edited images from your mini session and then create a favorites list for either selecting your print image(s) or files for download.
How are you navigating covid-19?

Sanitizing high use hard surfaces and bathroom between sessions / Hand sanitize (or soap and water bathroom wash, if preferred) upon entering studio / Requesting clients not to attend if showing covid-19 symptoms, been in contact with a positive or traveled outside of the country in the past 14 days. Rescheduling will be available, if necessary, and subject to Heima Studio availability.
